Budget template - help me please!!!

I need help!!! I designed a template for the Budget. But, I don't know if I did it right or not! I know PTOToday has software on here to buy. But, my board turned it down because of the cost and because its yearly! So, now I sit here trying to design a layout for the budget! If anyone could help me. I can send you the file and you can do whatever you think would help me out or show me yours! I have been using 2 files from here to help me design but, I am so lost! Please help!!! I love the PTOToday software but, it would have to come out of my pocket. We are a low income school and our budget isnt that high either!

Also, I'm wondering why it appears that your board has just more or less left you on your own. Where is the former treasurer? That person must have some documentation, if not actual time, to give you so that you can come up to speed. The board needs to help you get established as the treasurer!

Former treasurer is on vacation! I have asked her a couple of times to send the files my way! But, nothing so far! She is on vacation until August! I see what she gave me but, dont really understand it! Plus it looks like it was typed up in Word and not Excel!

Small board! No president! Only 1 vice that feels overwhelmed already!

I thought I had it all figured out but, I just dont know!

Rose - I also LOVE the Finance Manager program, but I cannot get the rest of the Executive Board to authorize the expense. I created a template in Excel, it's a bit more detailed than what the Finance Manager program allowed for, but it works well for how we do our budgets. I can email it to you, if that is something you are interested in.
