Does you PTO have insurance? If it does, there are guidelines for what types of activities are covered under their policy and which ones have additional and specific requirements that must be met. In these cases, the PTO must provide supervision for the event, holds it at a location that has its own insurance or works with a vendor who has insurance and the PTO is named as an additional insured party. Those activities include roller skating and dunk tanks.
