Fun PTO Meetings

How do we make our meetings more interesting to parents? Complaints that we (the board) go over the agenda and that's it. How do we get our parents involved?

One thing you could do is get students involved, ie have a class lead the pledge and sing a song, hold a student art show, etc. in conjunction with your meetings. There are some ideas in the story Boost Meeting Attendance. You can also find more on our meetings topic page.
