PTO in a Preschool

Please help I want to start a PTO in the Preschool where am employed. What and Where should I start? Many of the parents say that they really like the idea! So please help what's next?

Getting started is a pretty simple matter of getting interested people together and doing some planning about what role you would like the group to take and what you hope to accomplish.
