Morale booster

I am the secretary of our schools pto and it is my month to do Morale booster for teachers. Example:We do little things with cute sayings and put them in teachers boxes..I am stumped and need some cute ideas..I would love some help.

How about little pill bottles filled with M&Ms and a "prescription" label that says green=stress relief, yellow=memory lapse, etc. Or tags attached to a mini bag of coffee that say "Thanks a latte for all you do." Or use Scrabble-like tiles to arrange teachers names' on a bulletin board with the header "No Matter How You Spell It, Our Teachers Rock."
