tips to write letter to elected officers that would motivate a bigger attendance to PTA induction ceremony to seal their committment to get really involved (very few attendance in the past)

Just to make sure I'm clear, you want to write a letter to officers to get them to attend their own induction ceremony? Or is it to get more parents to attend the ceremony? This isn't necessarily what you're looking for, but my favorite piece for motivating people to get involved is One Last Dance. You're welcome to print it out and send it with your letter.
