Hi Veroniqueca -- I'm not sure exactly what you mean by a disclaimer. If you're concerned about liability for the PTO, you should read the story Permission Slips That Work. It's written by an attorney who works with PTOs and has been a PTO president. She makes the point that permission slips, to have any legal standing, need to be very specific to the activity. A simple "the PTO is not liable for any injury that might occur" won't stand up.
