You should have a Plus member code that was sent to you by email and is also included in your Plus member packet, which has been sent to you by mail. When you click on any article or tool with the plus sign next to it, you will be prompted to enter your member code. You can find all of the tool kits, including the PTO Start-up Guide with step by step information on applying for 501c3 status, in the Plus section of the File Exchange.
